Urgent Care NP/PA Opening in WyomingLocated in Lyman, WY - 40 miles to Evanston Job Type: Full-timePay: commensurate with experience.Schedule: M-FExperience: Clinical experience (post degree) in an UC, ED or FM setting: 2 years (Required)License/Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required) Physician or Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Required)Searching for a Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing healthcare in a small-town setting to join our Urgent Care Clinic in Bridger Valley Wyoming. • Perform direct patient care in a positive and professional manner under the supervision of Primary Care Provider
• Take and review medical histories to assess the patients needs
• Examine and treat patients in the clinic
• Order and interpret tests as needed to diagnose further treatment
• Treat injuries, assist in emergency room as needed for orthopedic related cases
• Educate and counsel patients and family as to current situation, developing and implementing a treatment plan
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Utilize EPIC (EMR) to track patients records
• Supervise support staff
• Attend appropriate meetings
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned
