Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cambridge, MA, for a Young Toddler Lead Teacher. The Young Toddler Lead Teacher will plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. They will ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Responsibilities include daily care routines, maintaining communication with families, and collaborating with teaching assistants to foster a joyful and inclusive classroom culture.
