Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with at least 18 months of permanent MRI experience and proficiency on Siemens scanners.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in an advanced hospital-based MRI imaging department
• Evening shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• No weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities
• Flexible 13 to 26 week contract length available
• Utilize all Siemens MRI scanners including Vida, Aera, Skyra, and Avanto models
• Perform routine neuro, body, and MSK MRI exams (no cardiac imaging)
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Specific assessments will be completed during orientation and require an acceptable score
• All RTO must be discussed during the interview
• Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate

\n \n Requirements\n

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent MRI technologist experience prior to travel
• ARRT (MR) and AHA BLS certifications, active at time of consideration
• Experience operating Siemens MRI scanners is required
• License required if applicable
• Must be nicotine free with a negative 10-panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen within 12 months of start
• Must have one supervisory reference in the specialty from the past 12 months
• Must provide a travel reference from the most recent assignment if applicable
• No open background check cases accepted
• Permanent candidates cannot return to the facility for 1 year from their previous end date
