We are in a fast-paced environment and need a team?player who is eager to learn and grow with the company. The primary focus of this position is the client experience and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Experience in a salon or retail environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact by greeting, checking?in and hosting guests as they arrive
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, professional and courteous demeanor; proficient in phone and email etiquette and fielding client questions
• Responsible for booking appointments utilizing the salon software; maintain accurate and up?to?date information in client files
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers, coworkers and management
• Exceptional time management skills, exhibiting sound judgment and the ability to prioritize
• Technologically savvy; experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, Gmail

Experience

• Customer Service (Required)
• Salon Environment (Strongly preferred)

Dress Code

Because of your high visibility and interaction with every client, you are expected to regularly dress appropriately in polished, fashionable attire.

Job Type : Part?time, approx. 24 hours per week.

Hours : We are open Tuesday through Saturday, evening and weekend availability required.
