Remote Account Representative

About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Representative to assist individuals and small businesses in exploring tailored financial solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a reliable point of contact—helping clients understand their options, navigate next steps, and build lasting relationships. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy client interaction, organization, and the flexibility of working from home.

Core Responsibilities
  • Connect with new and prospective clients through outreach and follow-ups
  • Learn about each client’s financial goals and challenges
  • Present solutions that align with their needs and objectives
  • Assist clients through onboarding and product setup
  • Maintain detailed client information and activity logs in CRM tools
  • Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins and service updates
Qualifications
