General Summary: As an Order Selector Specialist, you will be expected to load and unload trailers, move and pick merchandise from area to area, and utilize different equipment throughout the warehouse that will assist you in fulfilling order requirements.

up to $19-$20/hour with commissions on top of the base pay!

A qualified candidate: - Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 165 lbs. when handling keg products (required)
- Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with teammates and managers (required)
- Must possess good organizational and time management skills (required)
- Must quickly fulfill orders at a maintainable and safe speed (required)
- Should possess warehouse, merchandising, or wholesaler experience (preferred)
- Should possess working knowledge or experience operating powered equipment (i.e. electric pallet jacks and packing wrap machinery) (preferred)
- Should possess "hands-on" experience with inventory and logistic software programs (preferred)
Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations: - Select and complete next-day orders for customers.
- Pull inventory from racks either manually or using automated equipment and hand-held devices.
- Check, verify and audit selected products to ensure the count is correct and not damaged.
- Build, wrap, tag, check and stage orders continuously throughout the shift.
- Build up and breakdown pallets and carts as needed.
- Operate warehouse and order picking computer systems/equipment to accurately fill orders and effectively manage inventory.
- Load trucks daily using load sheets to verify the load sequence of orders as it is loaded.
- Assist in checking orders and replenishing floor picks as needed.
- Apply current build and rotation practices when loading bar trucks.
- Must follow current safety, build, and pick best practices.
- Responsible for care and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping duties and other duties assigned by management.
- Perform varied duties (as listed above) depending on department assignment; assignments can change depending on warehouse needs.
- Must be able to work overtime as required by business trends and during common holiday periods.
- All other duties as aligned with department needs.

Moral of the story, i f you love our products, then you'll really enjoy being part of the Hoffman Beverage team! The expected workweek is Monday through Friday. Shifts start at 9am until all duties for the day are fulfilled. Some overtime is expected weekly and may be required during high volume periods.
