Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist with a specialization or strong interest in cosmetic/facial acupuncture to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver facial rejuvenation acupuncture and adjunct therapies in a welcoming, patient-focused wellness environment. You will collaborate with our lead practitioner to build a cosmetic acupuncture service line and help us grow our aesthetic client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, including aesthetic skin-health consultations and holistic health history.

• Create individualized treatment plans focused on facial rejuvenation (fine lines, wrinkles, tone, texture), skin health, and adjunct TCM wellness.

• Administer cosmetic acupuncture treatments (including fine‐needle facial points, scalp/neck/face/upper body as relevant) and complementary modalities (e.g., cupping, gua sha, moxibustion) in line with clinic protocols.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, track patient progress (skin texture, tone, response) and adjust care plans accordingly.

• Manage scheduling, check-in, and payments for your patient consultations and treatments.

• Attend networking meetings and aesthetic/wellness-industry events to represent the clinic and help grow our cosmetic-acu service line.

• Promote cosmetic-acu service packages to existing and new clients, support patient outreach and help grow the aesthetic client base.

• Uphold the highest hygiene, safety, and professional standards in every cosmetic-acu session and in clinic operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) in the State of New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure).

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Acupuncture/Chinese Herbal Medicine preferred but not required.

• Demonstrated comfort with, or interest in, cosmetic/facial acupuncture and related modalities (facial needles, skin tone/texture treatments, aesthetic clientele).

• Familiarity with multiple TCM modalities including cupping, gua sha, moxibustion is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients seeking aesthetic treatments.

• Administrative competence: scheduling patients, handling payments, managing one’s own patient flow.

• Networking and outreach mindset: comfortable representing the service externally in professional/beauty/wellness-settings.

• Professional, compassionate, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in the aesthetic-wellness space.

• Ability to work flexible clinic hours as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in aesthetic/wellness marketing or a willingness to engage in marketing/outreach.

• Background or interest in herbal medicine formulation related to skin health/wellness.

• Familiarity with cosmetic acupuncture benefits: improved skin tone, reduced fine lines, enhanced circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Flexible hours, with a current focus on Wednesdays and Fridays , and the potential to add additional days/hours as patient volume grows.

• Compensation: Percent-split model (practitioner receives a percentage of service revenue) with incentives tied to volume, growth of the cosmetic acupuncture service line, and client retention.
