WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS AS OUR PART-TIME HOTEL RECEPTIONIST:

As the welcoming face at the front desk, you ensure every guest feels valued and cared for the moment they walk in. You smoothly manage room assignments, update guest information, and answer questions with professionalism and enthusiasm. You support guests throughout their stay, handling concerns with ease and providing solutions that showcase our commitment to hospitality. Every interaction you have is an opportunity to build lasting impressions, encouraging guests to return to visit us again.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of computer systems
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a hotel environment or a customer service role is preferred, but we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

• Pay: $13 per hour
• Schedule: This position is part-time and requires flexibility, including working varying shifts, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. We may also ask you to work swing shifts, the afternoon shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, and/or two to three nights a week.
