This role is for a skilled litigator who can manage cases from intake through trial with minimal training and who understands how to track billable hours to maximize compensation. Efficient Systems & Support: MyCase workflows, templates, checklists, and experienced paralegal support so you can focus on lawyering. *What Youll Do* Lead matters from intake through trial (pleadings, motions, temp relief, mediation, depositions, evidentiary hearings, trial). Counsel clients with clarity and compassion; set expectations and keep momentum. Partner with paralegals to move cases efficiently; maintain same-day, accurate time entries. Meetand aim to exceedmonthly billable goals while delivering excellent work product. *What You Bring* 5+ years verifiable Florida family-law litigation experience (divorce, timesharing, support, domestic violence). Courtroom confidence and strong writing/strategy skills. Discipline with billing and matter management (MyCase or similar). A genuine service mindset aligned with Excellence, Compassion, Integrity. Florida Bar in good standing (local practice in Broward/Miami-Dade/Palm Beach a plus). _We respectfully verify experience and references.
