Responsibilities of Sterilization Technician
Prepare all treatment rooms for safe, predictable and high quality surgery for patients
Treatment room set-up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning and restocking
Order supplies
Break down and disposes of supply cardboard boxes, as needed
Take radiographic images, as prescribed by doctor (after proper certification, that we will provide)
Maintain awareness of the comfort and safety needs of patients
Communicate with other essential team members to coordinate patient flow and comfort
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements of Sterilization Technician
We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train, but experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
Highschool Diploma
Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day
Communicates clearly with patients and all team members

Compensation and Benefits
Wage: $17-20 per hour DOE
90-Day Review and wage assessment, with potential for increase
36 hour work week
Health Insurance Benefit at 30 days, all other benefits eligible after 90-day probation
40 hours Vacation (Accrued Annually) doubles at year 3 of service
3 days sick pay per year
5 paid holidays
401K Employer contribution
