Job Overview
Use CNC Milling and Mill Turn Machines to manufacture parts for Ripley Tools Products.
A Day In The Life \n - Operate and Setup:
\n - Manual Knee Mill
\n - CNC Milling machines
\n
\n \n - Inspect own work using various inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gage and optical comparator
\n - Maintain quality and production standards
\n - Perform secondary operations as required
\n - Read blueprints
\n - Work with engineering to support product development
\n - Incorporate lean practices into daily activities
\n - Participate on continuous improvement teams
\n - Maintain a safe and clean working environment
\n - Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
\n - Willing to work overtime
\n

What will help you thrive in this role?\n - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
\n - At least 1 year of experience with CNC Milling and Mill Turn Machines
\n - Ability to read, write English and do basic math
\n - Physically able to life 35 lbs.
