CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift & 3rd Shifts are Available

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Fabrication Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist 

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $26.49 + / depending on experience

Shift: Both 2nd and 3rd Shifts Are Available

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts and components.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each job.
• Read blueprints and setup sheets to ensure accurate manufacturing processes.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, including lubrication and debris removal.
• Inspect finished parts to meet quality standards and document production activities.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a solid understanding of operation, programming, and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and setup sheets accurately.
• Proficiency in CAD software, G-code programming, and use of precision measuring tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred.
• Own basic hand tools and rolling toolbox;
